Endless nocturnal hours,
Wallowing in the sand
Spontaneous walks during the night,
That went far into dawn
Full circle illuminated by the sun,
Turning into half moons under your eyes
Lacking of sleep
During nights of nonsense
Borrowing of emotions
And the lending of personal vision
The breaking of downs
And the breakdowns themselves
Or the short escape of downs
To lift ourselves up from the ground
Sweet spring strolls
Blissful baking of tasty memories
The long face looks,
That looked as empty as a full moon
But became bulky and ballistic
A friend, a memory so flavorful yet sometimes a fallacy
We followed like blind people that can’t see
Now we’ve parted, and now there ain’t no fantasy
Now you’re like a bad sore
But I don’t know you anymore
Because you’ve gone out the door
So for the next meeting,
I willingly welcome,
This friendly stranger
